DentaCares is made in Cairo, in Arabic and English, for dental clinics that want to know what is really happening in their practice.
Why it exists
Most clinic software stops at the appointment book.
A clinic owner knows how much came in this month. Very few know how much they kept, which treatments earned it, or who still owes them.
The reason is simple. The chair and the accounts are in different places. The dentist records the treatment in one, and someone types the money into another, days later.
DentaCares joins them. The treatment is recorded once, on the tooth. The stock, the lab case, the invoice, the insurance claim, the dentist's commission and the profit all follow from it.

Record it once
Nobody types the same treatment twice. What the dentist records is what is billed, costed and paid for.
Honest numbers
When a cost is missing, the report says so instead of showing it as profit. The profit and loss lists what it cannot tell you.
Plain words
You earned. You collected. Patients still owe. The accountant's reports are there too, behind the plain ones.
Your data is yours
Export your statements, transactions and reports to CSV at any time. If you leave, you take your data with you.
