Prescriptions

Prescriptions checked against the patient's allergies.

Pick a template, adjust the dose and print. If the patient is allergic to a medicine on it, you are warned before you issue it.

Close-up of the patient file: the next appointment, last visit and outstanding balance, with Allergy: Penicillin and Hypertension flags beneath.

A warning before you prescribe

Each medicine has an allergy class. A patient allergic to penicillin gets a warning on every medicine in that class. The check covers allergies only, and the app says so.

Prescriptions are checked against the patient’s recorded allergies only. There is no drug-interaction or contraindication checking — verify these yourself.

  • A warning that names the allergy and the medicine
  • To prescribe anyway, you give a reason, and it is kept
  • It tells you when the patient has no allergies recorded, so nothing was checked
A patient's medical history: risk factors such as diabetes and hypertension, allergies and medical conditions.

Templates, and a print in Arabic or English

Set up the prescriptions you write most often once, then issue them in a few clicks. Each one prints with your clinic's details and stays on the patient's file.

  • Ready templates for each diagnosis, which you can copy and change
  • Your clinic's own medicine list, with default doses
  • Change the dose for one patient without changing the template
  • Printed in the language you choose
  • Notes for the prescriber are never printed
